Just returned from DC where I did some filming for the SAVIN project.  As you may or not know, my daughter was murdered as a result of lack of vitim notification as to where her abuser was.  He was suppposed to be in jail. 

SAVIN is the program where victims can register and be made aware of where the abuser is at all times.  There was nothing like this when Lisa was murdered.  We n have this program in almost all 50 states.  It is an automated system that will let the victim and those registered know where the abuser is and not let the victim be a victim of surprise.  You can find out more about this program and if you or anyone else you know needs this you can go to www.savinonline.org.  There is a map there where a click on your state where you can register
